The LLBK 45 processing heads have been created for standard 2D and 3D applications with fibre beam delivery e.g. welding, cutting, drilling an ablating with mean powers up to 1.2kW.

As a result of the many different versions an optional components the LLBK 45 are industrial processing heads for a wide range of applications.
 
Standard Features
  • clamping Ø 45 mm
  • Unique high precision fiber connectors without need for realignment
  • Applicable for optical fibers with core diameters of 100, 200, 400 and 600µm
  • Imaging ratio of the optical fiber diameter 1:1 or 1:0.5
  • Integrated interlock for highest safety requirements

Options

  • CCD camera or eyepiece for visual positioning of the work piece
  • Cutting nozzle for up to 18 bar of assist gas, optional with auto focus
  • Welding nozzle for applying assist gas to the weld area
